Terms

By placing an order you offer to buy goods from Quince & Clay. A contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if we cannot verify payment.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Checkout is provided by Stripe. Klarna may appear as a payment option for eligible one-time orders. Klarna is a credit product: 18+, UK residents, subject to status. We do not charge extra for paying with Klarna. Gift cards cannot be bought with Klarna.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
