We keep the details we need to fulfil your order, run your account, and — only with consent — send the journal and offers. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. On product pages we load Stripe’s Payment Method Messaging Element so any buy-now-pay-later wording comes from Stripe and Klarna, not from us — UK advertising rules require that. Stripe may use cookies and IP addresses to know which payment options you saw. Stripe’s privacy notice is on stripe.com/privacy.

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam. Google may collect device and usage data for that check. Google’s notices are on policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/terms.

Necessary cookies run the bag and sign-in. We count visits ourselves without extra cookies. Third-party analytics and ads load only if you allow them, on cookies.

We do not sell your details. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@quinceandclay.co.uk.
