Shipping & returns

Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom. UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £50.00; otherwise £4.95.

We are not taking orders for EU or rest-of-world delivery at the moment.

You will receive tracking once the order is packed and handed to the carrier.

Dispatch

Dispatch times are shown on each product page. Most pieces leave within a few working days; some take longer. Digital gift cards are emailed, usually within a few minutes, and are not bound by parcel cutoffs.

Christmas

Each autumn we publish Christmas order-by dates on product pages. Those dates are for dispatch to UK mainland, not a carrier guarantee.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return unused items in their original condition, as under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Personalised goods are excluded from this cooling-off right.

Sign in, open the order, and request a return. Once we approve it, download and print the return note and pack it with unused items in original condition. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty.

When we receive the parcel, we process the refund within 7 days. It can take a few more days to appear on the card.

If something is faulty

Your Consumer Rights Act rights are unchanged. Write to us with the order number and a photograph if you can, and we will repair, replace, or refund as the law requires.

Gift cards

Unused digital gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once the code has been spent, that amount cannot be returned except where the law requires it.
